  1. At cross-roads and want a deep development journey:  we scope out the support you need together and over what period to make the changes you are seeking and contract a tailored package that fits your unique needs.

  2. Executive Retainer Package: As a trusted coach, confident and advisor, we contract to work together for 6 or 12 months and agree more regular and frequent meeting rhythm to support you in your thinking about your business, its strategy and what is require of you.

  3. Targeted leadership coaching packages to deal with specific already identified development needs so you lead with more effectiveness, and impact. 

  4. Maintenance programme at bi-monthly or quarterly intervals to sustain the changes and keep you continually aware, learning and growing

  5. Ad hoc sessions:  Thinking partner for crucial decisions or facing thorny personal or relationship issues.
